Obesity Signs:

When should you get a physical Exam?
- People who are healthy should get a physical every two to three years in their 20s
- 30s and 40s-Every other year
- Age 50 – Annually.
- You should also get regular health screenings like skin checks, pap smears, mammograms, and colorectal cancer screening.

Cholesterol and Thyroid Screening is a blood tests to measure your level of TSH and your level of a thyroid hormone called thyroxine. These tests will help us find out if your thyroid is overactive or underactive. The reason for the tests are Thyroid hormones help your liver process blood. When your thyroid hormone levels are low, your liver processes blood more slowly, which can lead to higher levels of cholesterol in your bloodstream. High levels of cholesterol in your blood can cause a buildup of cholesterol in your arteries
